No. Walk in during business hours and someone will show you the car. Booking ahead is worth it if you want a specific vehicle brought out and warmed up, or if you are coming on a Sunday.
Yes. Bring your driving licence and a form of ID. Test drives run on a set route around Kilimani and take about fifteen minutes, longer if you want to take the car onto Ngong Road.
We do. Bring the logbook, your ID and KRA PIN, the service records and both keys, and we will value it while you look at the replacement.
